This is still a work in progress.

To install:
1) Run the JoeBlogger.msi installer to install the binaries.
2) Copy everything in the DefaultSite directory to [MyDocuments]\JoeBlogger
3) Edit [MyDocuments]\JoeBlogger\Config\Site1.Config.  This should be easy.  Note that your FTP password is here in plain text.
4) Edit [MyDocuments]\JoeBlogger\Site1\Config\Site.Config.  This should be easy too.  

Optional:
5) Edit the stuff in [MyDocuments]\JoeBlogger\Site1\Config\Extra
6) Edit the css file in [MyDocuments]\JoeBlogger\Site1\CSS
7) Edit the XSLT in [MyDocuments]\JoeBlogger\Templates

Now run the JoeBlogger program that should be in your start menu.  There aren't a lot of buttons so it can't be that hard :)Hit "New Entry", type some stuff in the title and HTML content panes.  Then hit "Upload".  That is all there is to it.  

There is no "save" step.  It saves every time you do anything like upload or change focus on a control.  The only way to loose data is if it crashes or if you kill it.  Otherwise, you should be fine.
